Hickathrift author Andrew Stephen has been writing poetry since he was a teenager. Later, as an English teacher in an inner-city comprehensive school, he encouraged countless young people to appreciate all literature, including poetry. Now living in Norfolk’s Breckland, he hasn’t lost his love of communicating that passion by reading his acclaimed poetry to the camera.
